Your lease, account statements and any notices Signal shares with you are stored securely in your Buildium portal, not on the public website. Sign in to view and download everything tied to your account.
Signal Property Management does not post documents publicly. Residents find their lease, notices and shared files in the Buildium Resident Center; owners find monthly statements and real-time accounting in the owner portal. There are currently no public documents available.

Why documents live in the portal
Leases and statements contain personal and financial information. Keeping them inside Buildium means only the people on the account can see them, every file is tied to the right property, and you can reach them any time without waiting on an email. Buildium publishes its security policy for the portal.

Security deposits are handled under Florida law: a landlord who makes no claim must return the deposit within 15 days after the rental agreement ends, or send written notice of any claim within 30 days (section 83.49, Florida Statutes). Your signed move-in report is the record used for any claim.
