Signal Property Management respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and how the separate Buildium portals that handle rent, applications and statements protect your data.

## Information collection and use

You may provide basic contact information — such as your name, email address, phone number and message — through the forms on this site. We use it only to respond to your inquiry about our services. We will not sell, share or rent this information.

## Portals, applications and payments

Rental applications, rent payments, resident and owner accounts, and documents are handled in Buildium, a separate system operated by Buildium. Information you enter there is governed by Buildium’s [Privacy Policy](https://www.buildium.com/privacy-policy/), [Security Policy](https://www.buildium.com/security-policy/) and [Terms of Service](https://www.buildium.com/resident-site-terms-of-service/). This website itself does not collect credit card numbers or Social Security numbers.

## Recording notice: Perry’s Assistant (voice AI)

The voice assistant on this site is an AI that speaks in a cloned version of Perry James’s voice; it is not Perry speaking live. It only turns on after you agree to this notice and allow your microphone. When you use it, your microphone audio and a written transcript of the conversation are recorded and stored, and the audio is processed by a third-party voice provider (ElevenLabs) on our behalf. We use the recording, the transcript and the brief you approve (for example your name, phone or email, and details about your property or home search) only to follow up with you and to improve the assistant. Florida law requires every party to agree before a conversation is recorded, which is why the assistant asks first. Please do not share Social Security numbers, card or bank numbers, or passwords with it. You can stop at any time with the close button or the Escape key, clear the on-screen brief with “Clear my details”, and ask us to delete a recording by contacting perry@signalpm.com.

## Cookies and analytics

This site stores a small preference in your browser if you choose to reduce motion, and, if you use the voice assistant, a session note of your consent and of the brief shown on screen. It does not use advertising cookies. Embedded maps are provided by Google and subject to Google’s policies.

## Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others outside Signal Property Management.
