Signal Property Management strives to ensure its services are accessible to people with disabilities, with the belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence — online and at home.

## Our approach

This website is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as our target. That includes:

- Semantic headings, landmarks and a skip-to-content link.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Color contrast chosen for legibility on every background.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states.
- Respect for your system’s reduced-motion setting, plus an on-page “Reduce motion” switch.
- All content available as plain HTML — nothing important is hidden behind scripts.

## Third-party portals

Rental applications and resident and owner accounts run on Buildium, a third-party platform. If you have trouble using any part of the portal, contact us and we’ll help you complete the task another way.
